Home Run Bouncing on the Fence

A batted ball hits the fence and goes over the wall. Is it a home run or a ground rule double?
As long as the ball did not touch the ground at any point during this scenerio then this is a home run and is most often seen when the ball hits the top of the wall and then bounces over.
