Hitting a Foul Ball While Out of the Batters Box

Jim Comstock asks:

A batter hits a foul ball but his foot is out of the batters box when he hits it. What's the call?

Any time the batter makes contact with the ball with either one or both feet completely out of the batters box, they are out.
