Partially Out of the Batters Box

Question?

Ray Waite from connecticut asks:

If the batter attempts to bunt and has one foot in the box and the other foot partly in the box but touching home plate, is the batter out?

No, the batter is not out due to this action because neither of his feet were completely out of the box when he makes contact.
